CEQA Does Not Block Progress — We Support It.
We acknowledge the reality of modern education: many honest educators and institutions offer excellent learning even if every administrative system is not yet fully developed.
When an institution demonstrates real commitment, authentic content, and ethical intent, CEQA guides them to build the missing elements, strengthen their systems, and reach full accreditation.
Our Commitment
Quality should be achievable — and with CEQA, it is.
- Support for developing institutions
- Guided quality improvement
- Structured, step-by-step accreditation
Who We Are
CEQA is a global private accreditation and quality assurance organisation dedicated to strengthening education quality, protecting learners, and recognising legitimate institutions across borders.
Our mandate is to ensure that private education providers — whether colleges, online academies, training centres, or skills providers — demonstrate:
- Operational legitimacy
- Ethical governance
- Structured programme design
- Qualified educators
- Fair assessment systems
- Learner protection
- Compliance with international quality standards
Our Evaluation Covers
- Legal registration and institutional legitimacy
- Governance, accountability, and director vetting
- Organisational structure and operational capacity
- Programme design, curriculum mapping, and learning outcomes
- Assessment strategies, moderation, and quality control
- Trainer and assessor qualifications
- Complaints, refunds, ethics, and learner safeguards
- Data protection, privacy, and institutional security
- Risk management and continuous quality improvement
CEQA accreditation is built on evidence.
If it cannot be verified, it cannot be accredited.
Who We Accredit
CEQA works with a diverse global community, including:
Our standards apply across borders and across delivery modes — whether face-to-face, blended, or online.
We now offer a dedicated OTC (Online Training Centre) Accreditation pathway designed specifically for platforms such as Udemy, Alison, Coursera, Skillshare, Teachable, etc. We understand that many of the traditional requirements do not fully apply to these types of online programmes, and this pathway has been tailored accordingly.
Our Mission
To elevate global private-education quality by providing transparent, ethical, and rigorous accreditation that verifies legitimacy, strengthens institutional excellence, and protects learners.
Our Vision
A global education landscape in which every learner can trust the institutions they study with — because quality has been independently verified.
Our Values
- Integrity: No shortcuts. No bought accreditation. No instant seals.
- Transparency: Clear processes, clear criteria, real audits.
- Excellence: Continuous quality improvement for all institutions.
- Accountability: Governance and ethical safeguards that protect learners.
- Global Access: Quality assurance accessible to institutions worldwide.
What Makes CEQA Different
Many organisations falsely claim to be “official” government bodies or offer paid accreditation with no real checks. CEQA takes the opposite approach.
CEQA Does Not:
- Sell accreditation
- Provide instant approvals
- Issue meaningless digital badges
- Misrepresent its authority
- Operate as a national regulator
CEQA Does:
Conduct real, measurable quality assurance across:
- Document verification
- Registration and identity checks
- Curriculum and programme evaluation
- Assessment integrity
- Staff qualification checks
- Learner protection systems
- Institutional compliance audits
- Governance and risk management review
Applicants must meet CEQA’s benchmarks. If the evidence does not support accreditation, it is not awarded.
CEQA Recognition of Accreditation Bodies & Research Directory
In addition to institutional and programme accreditation, CEQA maintains a Research-Based Directory of Global Accreditation Bodies operating within the private and governmental education sector.
This directory is compiled through independent research, legitimacy checks, governance reviews, and sector benchmarking.
Reviewed Recognition Service
CEQA also offers a Reviewed Recognition of accreditation agencies seeking an external evaluation and recognition of their quality assurance frameworks, governance practices, transparency measures, and operational standards.
This review helps accreditation bodies strengthen their policies and align more closely with international private-sector QA expectations.
